Pakistan’s first and only coalition of youth led organizations for Peace.

In Pakistan, people of different religions, ethnicities, backgrounds, and cultural believes are living together. However, the differences between these people tend to take control of their day-to-day activities resulting in an extremist atmosphere. Beydaar Society recognized this turmoil and initiated a platform for promoting peace and prosperity.

The National Youth Coalition for Peace (NYCP) works on the following broad objectives:

  1. 1. Reach a broader audience in the districts and communities and bring change at National, Provincial/Regional, and Local levels
  2. 2. Capacity building of youth led organizations through residential training program and ToTs
  3. 3. Mass sensitization on peace using mysticism as tool through community engagement sessions at grass root level
  4. 4. Digital advocacy to mainstream mystic values, culture and arts

NYCP aims to get youth led organizations from across the country to run this advocacy campaign at provincial and regional level. Beydaar Society has worked with various such organizations in the past but now feels like the time is right to bring them all together and work for a collective change. The society will act as Secretariat of NYCE and will be responsible to lead the campaign.
Islamabad will be considered as priority district of this campaign. Provincial secretariats of the coalition will be based in Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, Quetta, Gilgit, and Muzafarabad. The project aims to build a coalition of youth led organizations with substantial reach in local communities. The project ensures meaningful youth engagement and capacity building for effective advocacy efforts. For smooth implementation of the project, MoUs will be signed with all the partner organizations in NYCP.
